What we collect

When you send the contact form

Only what you type into it:

  • Your first and last name — so we know who we are replying to.
  • Your email address — so we can reply.
  • Your message — so we can answer it.

We use this only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.

When you simply visit

As with any website, each request is recorded with basic technical details: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user-agent string. These records exist for security and fault diagnosis. They are not used to build a profile of you.

Who else handles your data

This site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare’s network delivers every page and processes the requests described above on our behalf, which can mean your data is handled in a data centre outside your own country. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its own data protection terms.

No one else receives your data. This site uses no other third-party service.

How long we keep it

Contact-form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, then deleted. Technical request records are short-lived and are not retained long term.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • stop using it.
